Setting Up New Email Addresses

Spam is the most annoying thing about using email, and threatens to make email a communications medium of the past if something is not done to curb the excessive garbage that fills everyone's inboxes every day. Luckily, we have advanced anti-Spam protection available to every domain. This how-to will show you how to STOP SPAM!

To enable our highly-effective Spam protection system, SpamAssassin, simply follow the instructions below.

• First, you will need to login to cPanel and go to the Mail menu. Once there, click on SpamAssassin:

• This step will set up the server to identify Spam messages based on an ever-growing number of factors. The server is able to identify Spam with approximately 99.5% accuracy.

• You will want to click on the "Enable SpamAssassin" option and the software will be immediately enabled. You will see that on the following screen.

• Click on [ Go Back ] to go back.

• Now that the server is identifying Spam, we will want to activate it to filter your mail.

• To do that, simply click the link in your cPanel that is highlighted below in orange, where it says "To simply have the server DELETE and NOT deliver emails..."

• You have successfully set up SpamAssassin.
